HTC has started taking pre-orders for the Desire 828 smartphone, which is the first device in the company's Desire line-up to feature Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). The pre-order price for the device is RMB 1,599 (around $255) in China.
Specs-wise, the handset is powered by a MediaTek MT6753 SoC with octa-core CPU, and sports a 5.5-inch Full HD display. It comes with 2GB RAM and 16GB internal memory (which can be expanded up to 2TB), and packs in a 2,800mAh battery.
In terms of camera, the Desire 828 features 13MP rear unit and a 5MP front shooter. Offering dual-SIM support and 4G LTE connectivity, the 7.9mm thick device runs Android 5.1 Lollipop based HTC Sense 6.0 UI, features dual-front stereo speakers, and comes in white and grey color options. There is no information on if and when it will be released in other markets.
That's how they try to get you to buy a new phone now instead of 2018, companies are running out of ideas and fast.
Too big why HTC making such stupid screen sizes apart from that looks ok but not enough to temp me to make a purchase if however it was smaller then it maybe considered.
