why aren't u sending any software updates? of course i enjoyed the phone at first but its been quite a long time and u haven't sent any updates. please its just a humble appeal, consider updating your software so as to make our experience with your devices more enjoyable.

Very bad experience!! Have been using the same phone from Nov 2014 with Android KitKat version(4.4.4) but till now Jan 2018, didn't receive any Update from HTC, worst phone ever I have. My phone became too slow & laggy. HTC is good for nothing !!!

I have been using this phone since jan 2015 but no updates are released by HTC.another bad thing is its 1 GB RAM only with 16 GB internal storage capacity.I have to keep removing files & disabling or uninstalling apps so that it don't get lagging.Disappointed with HTC's experience.I am planning to buy red mi note 4 with exchange of this.

Thanks for your bad support from HTC after 2 years i am using HTC 820q phone no updates give by htc and now I think that I will Chang my phone many big and best company s in smartphones like sony googal and other once again thanks for your very very bad support

Never buy hTc 820q its the worst phone ever i have using it since 2 years no software updates till now and no matter what you do you will not be able to root it.
