After falling afrox. 1 meter height my htc desire 820 duos lost networks. Any solution?

I am still using it for the 5th year. I had other 2 HTC phones before but I will never buy HTC again.
Their support is a joke.
I called them for a bug fix and they kept calling me to ask if I am happy with HTC without to bother about fixing anything.
When I got this phone, they advertise immediate upgrade to next Android version. After waiting and waiting for months, they published it on a new list to be upgraded to android6 but that never came. So this company is not trusted.
I am currently seeking for a new phone, but I am very disappointed that 99% of dual sim are dual standby and to pay 1000 euro for a Note 10 and miss a call on the abroad number is not OK. Why are these devices called "phones" when producer pay more attention to the camera and other features.

I have been using this mobile phone since 5 years now. The only problem is the battery life. I have to keep it charge overnight. But I dnt regret using this brand. This has been the first mobile phone compared to others I have been using for so long. Since I bought it, I have never switched it off.

Some told me HTC is good to use but when I bought it.. It did not even last for two years. since I bought it new , it started having power problem The battery does not even stand and when I put it charge, it takes lots of time to get charged. On top of that, it once turned off and was never turned on again. Very disappointed with HTC desire 820+.

Terrible phone. Far too much bloatware, that just seems to randomly open when screen activated, have to block everything manually. Pocket dialling is a significant problem, it even happens when the phone is not in the pocket. Sim card slots are very small, and have some stupid tray to sit a nano sim in, event the twenty something in the OPtus store took about 5 minutes to get the sim card in. Battery life is terrible, I only received this phone mid march 2018, and already the battery life, with moderate usage only, barely lasts the day. Laminate[?] on screen has started to peel from top right hand corner, and developed a couple of large cracks whilst using my thumb on the touch screen. Who cares if it has a new and improved selfie camera? It's just not that important a function that it should be a selling point. All in all, a disappointment compared to HTC phones I have owned in the past, the reason I bought it in the first place. Now have wasted my money, as it will take hours, and days, of sitting on hold, and arguing, firstly with the retailer, whose whole business model is avoiding their fair trading responsibilities, and then HTC. SO having wasted $300, I am going to make sure anyone considering buying this rubbish isn't ripped off.

Do not dare to buy this phone ,this phone is disaster . One hour battery standby and this is like pan, a hot pan .phone heat up to fast when gaming or you-tubing.

Had mine 3 years and still going strong, battery life is quite variable, sometimes will last for days with the radio switched off.
