HTC Android

The mid-range HTC Desire 650 was unveiled back in November last year as the successor to the Desire 630. The device first launched in Taiwan, and is now also available in some other markets including the UK.

There was no information so far on whether or not it'll be available in the US. But that has changed now as the Cricket Wireless variant of the handset has been leaked, suggesting it's indeed coming to the US.

Sadly, there's currently no word on exactly when it'll be launched in the US and what price tag it will carry. Also not known is which other carriers (if any) will offer the device. However, we are hoping this information to be out sooner than later.

Huh, I don't think HTC fully understands what "midrange smartphone with Android in the year 2017" really means...

Specs of Mid-range Desire 650: Snapdragon 400 (4 year old chipset). 720p screen. 2200 mAh battery. 2GB RAM. Android 6.0. Ugly bezels above, below and on both sides of the screen. And to top it all off, an even uglier cricket logo at the back. ...
