Ever since I lunched the phone I have been having issues with the screen, which use to fluctuate at any moment it wishes then stopped when it decides to...
I have been enduring because I really like the product, but unfortunately the screen seized and stopped working at all. So disappointed with that...what I want to know is, how much does the screen and calibrator cost? .... I really like this phone I can't let go of it😭😭😭😭

It is so disappointing. It just stopped working just like that. After repair they had to replace the whole mother board. Now it became even more stressing, l can't view my photos they are blurred and clock won't work so I always miss my alarm.

Was a htc fan and bought desire 12+ and disappointed now. After using for just three months, it started not to work on mobile data. I'd to search for WiFi always. And suddenly switched off, even though the battery was full. Sent it for service and just got it back yesterday. Today, the finger print scanner is not working. I'd to restart every time to get it fixed. Such a crappy phone.

And if the phone does not charge because it is closed and can not power on, then press the power button for 15 seconds

I can't use jio sim for calling... But I can access internet... And am downloaded jio voice call app also... When I making a call from that app.. On that time... It goes to offline.... Why?
