SD 400 not bad chipset, HTC optimize the Android for the chipset, believe me it's buttery smooth, but not for gamers, day to day usage is very good.. So don't look at the chip set, look at the performance.. Remember the lumia 730 & 735 same chipset, and the performance of both fone are good...
