Earlier this month, HTC had to halt the HTC 10 Nougat update roll out due to bugs. The company quickly fixed the issues and the seeding resumed in Europe earlier this week.
But as it turns out, the update is currently only available in the UK as the Taiwanese company had to again pause the rollout in mainland Europe due to some technical reasons.
This was revealed by Graham Wheeler, who is HTC's Product and Services Director for the EMEA region.
For HTC 10 users in mainland Europe, we’ve unfortunately had to pause the rollout as we look into a technical issue and work to correct it.

Wheeler said he expects the issues to be fixed sometime next month, although an exact date or week wasn't revealed.
Please stay tuned as I will post again when it starts back up. Thanks for your patience—I expect it to begin again up in Feb.

Aside from the UK, the update is also hitting units in Russia, the Middle East, and Turkey.
