MIKE, 06 Feb 2025is this worth the buying if there is such issue... like the green to pink perhaps?NO IT IS NOT. My Mom and Dad bought the phone way back January of 2024 has their anniversary gift for themselves. And holy crap they were intrigued with the advertisement this phone had, they thought it was durable as seen on their advertisement that they be smashing the heck of this phone and would still be durable. Not even a year later, their phones has started experiencing the green-line issue. My dad's phone was the first, and then it double, tripled, and so on. My mom's phone was the last but it had new two green lines and a pink line. NOT A GOOD PHONE AT ALL AND JUST SKIP THIS IF YOU WANT A RELIABLE PHONE.

I am using honour x9b phone since 1 year. There was no problem. But in April I have updated my device and showing green line. Have any option to remove this green line without changing the display. Honor authority should recover this issue.

I purchased Honor X9B on Jan 2024. Until April 2025 I don't have any problem on my device. But from Last month of May 2025 I noticed the first issue that a green line is showing on the left side of my device for sometimes after that Its gone automatically.
But again from yesterday onwards the green line showing on the same side of my display until its not gone. I am so upset and worried about this matter. Also I searched the google for solution, most of the peoples are complaining about this X9b model having this green line issues and it will not go. This makes me more disappointed of this unbreakable and most selling model. Because within 1 year & 5 months of using this mobile having this big issue on your brand is totally unexpected. Kindly consider our issues as highly important and give a solution for this . The only thing that I am posting for this matter is the cost of this mobile. We all need some favor from Honor Support or free replacement from your side to solve this issue. Also I send email till now didn't get any reply from there side .

Been using past 1 year. Tough phone. Used as hammer sometimes and has dropped to ground too many times but works just fine so far. The camera works excellent at early stages but becomes lagging and low performing over time.

bean, 30 Apr 202510 months later - green and pink lines starts appearing near the curve edge and haven't d... moreHappens to me too,bought it last august 2024 after updating last march 2025 a week or two, green line appears and disappears, not until last may 1 2025, it was already permanently there and changes color, pink/green/white has a shade of purple, and last May 8 2025another green line appeared, now there's a 2 permanent green line on my phone. Tried calling their service center near my place for several days but they're not answering, planning to vist their service center this coming sunday

I buy it last March 22, 2024 so going on ... moreBought it last August 2024, all is good not until last March 2025 after updating the latest version, a week or two green line appears forabout 2 minutes and dissappears(i was just holding my phone that time after unlocking the screen for a second it appears) it continues to reappear then last May 1 2025, it was permanently there it turns pink/green/has a shade of purple and green. And around May 8 there's already 2 green permanent lines until know, I've been contacting their authoritized service center near me, but they're not answering tried calling them for days, its only ringing. Planning to visit their service center this coming sunday.

Phone still fine, dropped it off a bedbunk 3 times this year
No greenline issue yet
If anyone else gets greenlines it's most likely an issue with the chips supplied by Qualcomm from Taiwan
Usually Apple and Samsung bid a little higher for the relatively better ones with less errors and everyone else doesn't really care as long as it's within acceptable margins of error
Chips aren't always perfect
And before you think about it, do not attempt to repair the lcd by applying a high voltage current to the affected area
While you can fix the issue, if any of the electricity hits the charging port for even a second your phone will literally be cooked and liable to crackle or blow up

10 months later - green and pink lines starts appearing near the curve edge and haven't dropped the phone. These lines appear some time and after restart it disappears. Not sure now if this is hardware or software problem.

I noticed something unusual and a technical issue with the network performance of the Honor X9B 5G. I personally encountered and experienced this problem with the phone. While my girlfriend and I were in Morong, Bataan, we observed that Smart’s data signal there was very strong—4G+ with full bars. We were both using the same network, which is Smart.
However, when it came to data usage and using social media apps, my Honor phone was acting up. It was struggling to get a stable internet connection and seemed to have issues with data reception. I got frustrated with how slow the data was on my Honor device, so I decided to connect to my girlfriend’s hotspot. She’s using an iPhone 13, which also picks up a strong signal from Smart.
Once I connected to her hotspot, I was surprised at how fast the internet was. I could use social media apps smoothly, and even play Mobile Legends: Bang Bang without any lag, delay, or connection issues. Everything ran flawlessly. That’s when I realized that the real problem was with my Honor X9B 5G. I’ve actually been experiencing this issue with the phone for quite some time now.

This phone X9B is a big scam, 1 week of use and the screen was scratched just by putting it in my djean pocket, the wifi is very very very week it can't capture more then 50 mo, the camera photo are very bad, very noisy and the 108 mpx is not true it's just 12 mpx. the speaker is bad, the headset volume is bad also very week comparing to my iphone or xiaomi.
Never buy this crap it's a loss of waste of money
