I picked up this phone for my self in Dubai on request from my sister who mentioned to me its a very good phone at this price range. Frankly speaking I used it and couldnt find it that promising which was case with Xiaomi Note 7 that I had been using for almost 4 years. Camera really isn't great and difference is clearly visible if you compare pictures taken on this phone and the ones taken on Xiaomi / Samsung Phones. The real time animated gaming experience is pretty bad with distorted pixels and slow movement. Sound quality is ok. Most of the applications aren't available even though it has Google play store.
Best feature about the phone: The design is remarkably eye catching, battery life is also good.

Overall satisfied but camera suck. X8 is a boring phone and the rest of the feature can be accepted as a basic. Do not have over expectations over x8.

Most people will buy this phone because of the cheap price. And for the price, the specs and design are very impressive.
I bought my first phone in 2015 (Lenovo K3 Note) and it was also around the same price. That phone's specs was also quite impressive for such a price, but is obviously not high-mid range or flagship quality. Your expectations shouldn't be high in the first place.

Wow, $174?? I never realized this phone was that cheap!!
For such specs and design, I think this may be the best phone in the ultra-budget range.

Highly recommend device given its priced with all accessories at 5600 in the South African device. With excellent customer service and the specs are the best given how smooth the display works and fast charging with endless battery especially with constant load shedding.

The x8 for the price point in South African market seems to the be the best device if you looking for a long term device. I have bought mine about 3 months back and given the battery life and screen display its shocking for a phone at its price point the features it has is amazing I suggest it personally.
