If there's a great example of the advantages of silicon carbide batteries, this is one of them. It's crazy to see a vertical foldable flip phone having a bigger battery capacity than a book-style horizontal foldable phone.

My favourite foldable phone by far...but I couldn't buy,sadly,by the limitations and less usability,compared with other foldables,like RAZR 50,MIX FLIP,etc...
No support for Whatsapp,Telegram, YouTube, Chrome, Facebook in external screen.

WHY WHY, can we not get this level in the US. Our flips here are so much worse looking and such tiny batteries and such slow charging.

You can't actually expect a foldable phone to be 10mm when most regular smartphones that aren't foldable are around 8mm now.

Price actually isn't bad. But ghe again. Change it to a non flip phone and you get either a better camera, processor, chip or whatever else. I don't know anyone who regards flip phones as their staple choice, obviously some do. I guess I'm old fashioned and want specific specs, rather than a gimmick that I don't need or use. This phone isn't bad by any means though. It's just not favourable price wise, purely because it is a flip phone.

Tooooo thick... A folding phone should ideally have a thickness of around 10 mm max when folded to truly be considered "foldable and compact." Otherwise, it defeats the purpose. Compact device like the Galaxy S24 or anything similar are lighter, have half the thickness, less weight and generally feels more comfortable than any foldable flip phone.

MgMagic, 13 Jun 2024:D It won't ...well that's a shame, though if its priced similarly to a zflip maybe it can beat it in terms of charge and battery life.
