You will miss google location history in google maps. In the software you will miss google assistant and you cannot assign google assistant and gemini to a button. Judt buy the global version to be in peace.

I've been using it for almost a year.
I wrote here at 5.3.2024:
Nice:
Display, design, software (like EMUI, so of course, I have to like Magic OS too), battery (wow so amazing, even if I do not use dynamic refresh rate and just get highest), nice sound, and very amazing Camera.
It´s first time after P30 photos, when I just get from me: Wow.
Very fast autofocus, nice details, nice zoom, nice colours and amazing dynamic range. Indoors photos, when dark is coming, are the most impressive I ever seen.
So how is it after almost one year of using like a main, and only phone ?
Everything is still smooth, everything works great, battery is almost like a new - still great, sound it´s still one of the best around my area of different phones.
And whatabout camera ? It´s still so great ?
Yes it is. You need some months to make some real opinion, and here is it.
Definitely better like: Edge 30 Ultra, S24+, 14 Pro Max, Honor 200 Pro (Here is a nice camera for the price, but still far behind Magic5 Pro...), Xiaomi 14 and some others, which photos from it could be compared personally by me in real life condition. I have 1200 photos by this machine, and some of those are incredibly great.
Does this camera have a weakness ? Yes, the biggest and mainly problem are those rainbow´s flare when modul is around 45 degrees from direct strong sunlight or just from street lamp. You have to change angle of shooting, but sometimes it´s not so easy to keep the composition. Classic problem of the large sensors, but here is sometime little bit more noticeable. I read some article, that on Vivo´s X200 Pro is this physical problem even more often visible, but I didn't have a chance to compare it personally.
Without this issue, I think from 10 photos in different situations, results are:
5 - great
3 - good
1 - average
1 - ready for delete
Still rocking on this Magic5 Pro, and next phone will be definetely also from Honor, because I am huge fan of MagicOS. It´s still better and better and for daily use is faaar better like Funtouch on Vivo´s phone. The native gallery and editor here is just great. Also Magic Capsule or portal are nice, ok they will need some improvements, but still good. I know, there is a big hype about their cameras. Ok, they have little % up from Honor´s one, but still overall - Honor´s flagships are way better. For me are the MagicOS / or similar EMUI + Oxygen, the best OS on the market for daily use.

You are right, I use to stick 2 together but I can't find a good glue uv resin, as the one arrived with the glass didn't hold the glass on the screen and another transparent glue intended to repair LCD, is too tick and peel off and is not perfectly transparent.
I saw in AliExpress a new 20£ uv box where these special uv tempered glasses are perfectly attached, I will need one anyway.
If sensitivity is too much reduced, I think it is possible to increase it by choosing gloves mode.
I have a question for everyone who owns Honor, I read in the past that they support nano memory cards of Huawei, but surprisingly I can't find confirmation even in Honor homepage.
Can you use them instead of the 2' nano sim card?

Mine has automatically downloaded and updated the software version to 8.0.0.180(C636E5R2P2) and it works perfectly fine.
