Google Pixel Watch 3 to have a 45mm option

Google Smart wearables Wear OS Rumors

Smartwatches usually come in two sizes, in order to fit as many wrists as possible. However, Google's smartwatch, at least up until now, has not. Both the original Pixel Watch from 2022 and the Pixel Watch 2 launched last year come in one size only: 41mm.

There is hope, though, for a new rumor today tells us the third time's going to be the charm. Allegedly, the Pixel Watch 3, launching most likely this October, will come in a 45mm size as well.

That would be complemented by a third-generation iteration of the 41mm Google watch. This move should appease all of those for whom the sole 41mm option offered so far has simply been too small.

The same source also tells us that Google is unsurprisingly working on the Pixel Buds Pro 2. No other details are known at the moment, so it's only a confirmation that they are coming. The original Pixel Buds Pro came out in 2022, so it's probably the right time to replace them.

Nope. lug2lug is the most important metrics, you could have a Seiko Tuna which has 45mm in diameter fit totally fine since it's got basicly no lugs. But 48-52mm watched in diameter carried around on ordinary folks's wrists is hilarious sinc...

It's not as good as the AW but it's among the best, if not the best, in the Android sphere. You can watch the review from "The quantified scientist" on youtube. He gives a lot of interesting data about each watch's tracking...

There is no such thing as an ideal size because different people have different opinions. However, people with 7.5" wrists can handle 44 mm watches. They may prefer 40 mm or smaller watches, though.
