The Google Pixel Fold unveiled in May supports Spatial Audio over wired and wireless headphones for a more immersive experience, and three months later, we now learn that Google's first foldable smartphone supports Spatial Audio over its built-in speakers as well.
This revelation comes from Telegram user SageSushi via XDA-Developers' former Editor-in-Chief Mishaal Rahman, who shared a screenshot on X (formerly Twitter) showing Spatial Audio support for Pixel Fold's built-in speakers.
If you own a Pixel Fold and want a more immersive audio experience through the foldable's speakers, you can turn on Spatial Audio by navigating to its Settings > Sound & vibration > Spatial audio menu and toggling on the button next to the Phone speaker option.
Note that Spatial Audio support for built-in speakers is exclusive to the Pixel Fold since the Pixel 6, Pixel 6 Pro, Pixel 7, and Pixel 7 Pro, which got Spatial Audio support earlier this year, can only offer you an immersive audio experience through wired and wireless earphones.
Surround sound and S-force audio are completely different things. The fact that you don't even know that means you are just commenting for no reason
