I really hope Pixel 9a has the same display size as this but weighs 180g max or less. And it should have flat sides like the Pixel 9 series which looks really good and make it more grippy. And also I hope the display resolution is much better than whats on Pixel 8a.

i had A55 too, it was so big and heavy for my hand to use, and camera wasn't good really, sold and bought 8A and really satisfied with battery backuo, handling and the screen

for a long time now i was using iphones and then i decided i would like to give android ago i got the pixel 8A in bay blue if im honest i could never go back to a boring iphone again the pixel is such true smartphone in what it can do.

Just swapped to this after being disappointed by the a55. It is 95% a pixel 8 really. You get more bezels, slower charging speeds and a different camera. The G3 is better than the exynos in everyway. For example, I would have spotify take up to 6 seconds to skip a song when using the a55, instantly on the 8a. Pokemon GO is another one that plays janky on the a55 but flawlessly on the 8a.
There are countless examples, but basically it is a slightly worse 8 but you wouldn't be able to tell unless you had them side by side and were directly comparing each individual function, that never really plays into day to day usage.

Only good things about this phone is it's small size, and long period of updates. Everything else kinda sucks. 😭

Just how magic eraser was only available to some pixel and its now available to everyone outside pixels. That's a reason I don't own a pixel anymore. The features exclusive will come to everyone in a long rum making pixel useless to own.

Anonymous, 04 Aug 2024The childish colours do lol Have to agree 100% with comment about kids colours..Horrible colours makes the phones look like a kids toy.Not sure what Google was thinking .. makes boring black colour look good.

The Google Pixel 8a f... moreThat's one of the main reasons why GrapheneOS only works on Pixel devices, because Google cares about security in their phones.
If only they cared about privacy in the same way…
