Seriously, you get the same, but to a lesser extent noise when just typing.
My Xiaomi 12x isn't great either.

GrapheneOS, 19 Oct 2023Only because GrapheneOS, other then that pice of sh***100%. GrapheneOS is the only reason to get a pixel at this point. They're selling software features as if the hardware has improved dramatically. Only good thing about this so far is the screen and MTE support. Garbage phones otherwise

Even Poco F5 pro offers way more specs for way better price same goes for oneplus ace 2.
my Motorola edge 40 pro cost me 789 euros 3 months ago and soes lot more tricks for said price.
27W charging in end of 2023 is so lame and pointless.

Really liked this phone 📱 at the moment seems better than my sami s22 , bought outright basic and stock 🤓👍 it works 😉

Anonymous, 11 Oct 2023Pixel 8 is definitely ugly. Very bad taste, lame colors, ugly wide camera module, cheap plasti... moreFor me, the smaller form factor of the P8 complements this design more than its Pro model (i.e. I'm saying P8 is more pretty than P8 Pro), but I generally agree.
I feel like the Pixel's peak design was with the P4. I loved the matte finish on it, specifically its frame which was a very rough-textured matte. Honestly, all their old backs from P4 and below were very nice.

It means there is some empty space inside, and probably there's no metal panel supporting the back & screen. I haven't watched any teardown so I could be wrong.

Hope it won't be garbage as 6 and 7 looks better because is small. The only reason I buying this thrash is GrapheneOS best system work's only on pixels

I'm currently using Pixel 6 and bought it a year after its launch. My Gosh, this Pixel 8 is so beautiful!! So small, compact, nice rounded edges, the specs, the cameras and the selfie video goes up to 4k!! Pixel 4k video recording is so stable and I love it! I will definitely buy this maybe late 2024 or early 2025 cause it has no official launch here in the Philippines and the phone will be definitely cheaper compared from launch. Pixel 6 is my first pixel and this is the best android phone I've held in terms of casual usage. Pixel 6 does not disappoint and so does Pixel 8
