Does this really heave OIS in video, because when you switch on the stabilization it says that it shows the video zoomed . Im afraid that it might be EIS and not OIS

I have been using pixel 7a for 1 year and the battery is already bulging. For 1 year I have been using 24W charger and it takes so long to charge that I leave it overnight. So what charger is suitable for pixel 7a?
