I've the v20 it since dec 2022.. a couple of months in the fingerprint reader gone.. worked a few times after restarting and then dead.. next i took it from uk to egypt the local sim card (vodafone) doesnt work but worked in the uk tried to sort out the problem but couldn't so had to put my line in the previous doogee s96pro(which by the way is waaayyyyyy better than the V series). Then in 2024 charging gone! Have to press down on the charger (not the one that came with it) for it to charge.. very annoying since i have to hold it by hand and if i try to put something heavy on for pressure i walk away and come back to find it not charging again ugghh... Of course tried contacting doogee but you all can guess how that went..Staying away from the V series as my experience is horrific and as much as i like the s96pro (had since summer 2021 and posting from now) dont think ill be going back to doogee .... That being said.. they are rugged and fulfilled that purpose

I have had the phone since its launch, i.e. since 2022. The fingerprint reader broke in the first few months. The phone has not had ANY available updates since its launch. For a year now, I have noticed problems with the battery, it does not hold a charge well despite the guaranteed capacity. The charging port wore out very quickly. Unfortunately, after about 3 years, the phone practically needs to be quickly replaced with another one. One of the advantages is that I have dropped it a few times and I have not noticed anything happening to it.

I needed a phone with 2 phone numbers and found the V20. I bought one and the screen failed within a couple months and I got a replacement. I have had it ever since and it does everything I need and want. In addition, it's very durable and I like the weight and 6000mAH battery. All works for me, not looking for a new phone for a while.

I hate this phone. I WANTED to like it when I read the stats, but it just does not deliver reliably. In 5 months here are the problems: first thing to go was the camera. The lense started fogging up within 2 months. Next thing was the software. If i'm on a call in FB messenger or some other call app, and I switch apps to say check my bank account or look for a contact, the phone mutes ME to my caller until i come back to the app i called from. Lame. Next thing to go was apps in general. half of them wont open half the time. I have to restart my phone to make apps work for a while. I usually have to restart my phone 3-5 times per day now. After all this, the charging went. Wireless never worked, I should say. But then the charging port just stopped working unless I apply light pressure to the charging cord not so much in a "IN" direction, but forward or backward direction. Even when I do that, the best charge I got overnight was 70% or so. The LAST thing to go was the Doogee customer service. They don't care. You bought their cheap, defective product, and they got your money in China. You can't speak to anyone, and best you get is emails telling you to send the phone back BEFORE they consider sending a replacement. what??
Don't buy this phone, OR this brand.

I had problems with fingerprint and I replaced it.
The last summer the battery seems inflated and I had to replace it.
Construction quality should be better for the price but the usage is smooth and the display is really not bad.
Microphone really bad (impossible to register anything in a acceptable quality), Audio... mmm, sufficient.

I had problems with my fingerprint sensor, camera response is slow after clicking to get the picture and app updates are not performed automatically. In my opinion, the best of this smartphone is the included charger

They have in fact replied in emails that they are going to ignore my requests instead of resolving it.
They specifically told other staff to ignore my plea's for support.
What a waste of what should have been a great phone - for the sake of a fingerprint reader that's failed..

I purchased this phone on May 05, on July 27, the fingerprint sensor had failed. I contacted Doogee and they didn't respond for 10 days. Then they asked for details about my phone although they had all of the details. I provided the details and required information. On August 8, they responded:
Dear customers,
Sorry, the current version is Android 11 and there is no update plan. The fingerprint reader is damaged. I can send you a replacement accessory. Accept it or not

From there they told me that I needed to pay $10 for shipping for the replacement fingerprint sensor. The phone is still under warranty and told them that they should send the replacement at no cost. This is sold as a ruggedized phone.
