To get this phone working properly as of 2018, there's a video on youtube you can look up called "How To Unlock "Jailbreak" And Sideload Apps - Any Windows Phone 7". If that doesn't work look up developer software for WP7.

U have to switch it off for 24hrs and turn it on after the 24hrs. It should work well after that.
