Search online for the battery pull method. Give it three tries at least. If that dies bot work you may need the power I.C. Replaced/repaired.

Good evening, I am using blackberry 9860 with PIN:282C9782. I observed that my phone hanged and i removed and replaced the battery but it didn't come-up again. It only show red light at the top right corner of the phone. What can I do ...
