Search and look for where it was made from in order to find the correct OS ( different region / carrier ) for that Blackberry. Simple process to make it work again IF you find the correct OS. Hi. Does anyone know I get rid of this white screen that came on a few days ago? I have tried taking the battery/sim card/ memory card out. The phone still rings when i call it but i can't use it as its screen is perma white!

I've been asked to pay about 15 euro/month in Blackberry, otherwise I can't have access in internet that my mobile is offering. Only Blackberry q10 has the specific programme and you don't have to pay extra money. Do you know any programme that I can upload and solve the problem?
