Asus Android Rumors

Asus introduced the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1-powered ROG Phone 6 and ROG Phone 6 Pro last month, which will be joined by the ROG Phone 6D Ultimate on September 19. While Asus has only said that it's unveiling the ROG Phone 6D Ultimate on next 19th, we now know there's a vanilla 6D as well that's appeared in leaked images with the Ultimate model.

The ROG Phone 6D and 6D Ultimate look similar to the non-D models. The regular 6D - like the ROG Phone 6 - has an illuminated logo on the back, whereas the 6D Ultimate - like ROG Phone 6 Pro - sports a (possibly OLED) display.

If the differences between the ROG Phone 6 and ROG Phone 6 Pro are anything to go by, then specs-wise, the ROG Phone 6D and ROG Phone 6D Ultimate will also be identical phones with different memory options.

Asus hasn't detailed the specs sheets of the ROG Phone 6D or ROG Phone 6D Ultimate, but the Taiwanese brand has already confirmed that the 6D Ultimate will be powered by the Dimensity 9000+ SoC.

You can expect Asus to reveal more about these smartphones in the lead-up to the September 19 event. In the meantime, you can read our detailed ROG Phone 6 Pro review here or watch its video review attached below.

But I think any serious game (necessitating a gaming phone) would have controller support. For those pro-players.
