Apple introduced the iPhone 13 series last week, and as usual, while it hyped up their battery lives it omit any details on their capacities. A filing appeared during the weekend, revealing the capacity of the batteries, and showing how much they have increased.
The iPhone 13 Pro has gained the most, while iPhone 13 mini comes the closest to its predecessor both in absolute and in percentage terms.
Phone | Wh Rating | Approximate mAh | Increase over 2020 model |
iPhone 13 mini | 9.34 | 2,438 | 9% |
iPhone 13 | 12.41 | 3,240 | 15% |
iPhone 13 Pro | 11.97 | 3,125 | 11% |
iPhone 13 Pro Max | 16.75 | 4,373 | 18.5% |
