seth, 12 Dec 2022No, this iPad is very out of date. It has only 2GB of RAM, while a modern iPad Pro has 16GB of RAM.I am still using this iPad. It serves me very well. Your comment upon the internal capacity of how many that many seems to be very awkward. This is a good work tool for my every life. I am not a gambler and can manage most situations in my life, including paying bills.
So wake up, it is not about how many GB there is in internal memory, it is all about how this iPad will do the important stuff in your everyday life.

Trooper indeed! This is still my daily tablet. Handles iPadOS 16.2 no problem. 9.7” 128gb Wi-Fi only model with Bluetooth keyboard. Works the same as the day I bought it, 6 approaching 7 years ago. Battery is still in excellent condition. I hope they continue to support and release updates for this model.

Anonymous, 02 Jun 2022Pls how did u upgrade. It’s bin impossible here to dogo to settings, general, software updates, It will search for the latest software update, press download and install, You have to be connected to WIFI. Also put it on Charger to avoid low power.

Masun, 01 Oct 2021How upgrate ram & romIFixit had a demonstration showing you could cut through the back of the tablet and desolder the old components then resolder new ones and assuming you either get lucky or have experience with solder work on computers it would work. I don't recommend giving this a go, though.
