ZTE Android

Edit: ZTE USA has reached out to us to clarify what it intends to accomplish with the ZMAX PRO Nougat beta program:

“The beta project for ZMAX PRO is to help enhance the current software on the device. While we do not have any plans to push Android Nougat to the ZMAX PRO right now, we continue to seek feedback from consumers on all of our devices so we can enhance the user experience, which is what we are doing here.”

Over a month after launching a Nougat beta program for its Axon 7 smartphone in the US, ZTE has launched a similar program for the Zmax Pro in the country.

Needless to say, the program is only available to users in the US. Also, interested candidates should be registered Z-Community users.

Those selected will be required to capture logs upon request, provide detailed bug reports, and complete all tasks and surveys on time. The company also notes that candidates are expected to strictly follow Non-Disclosure Agreement when selected.

Those interested in joining the program can head to the Source 2 link below.
